Naïde Pavelly Obiang, often called “Nana OB” is a multilingual communication professional (French–Lingala–English) with a Master’s degree in Peace & Conflict Studies, a Bachelor’s in Communication, and extensive experience bridging immigrant communities with institutions in the United States.

For over two decades, she has served as a communication specialist, interpreter, translator, cultural mediator, and community organizer, facilitating access to services, promoting cross-cultural understanding, and supporting the integration of newly arrived immigrants.

She is actively engaged in global policy spaces—including IMF/World Bank Annual Meetings, Center for Global Development forums, and United Nations events—demonstrating her commitment to international dialogue, development, and diaspora engagement.

Originally from the Republics of Gabon and Congo, Obiang founded de OB, LLC to provide language services, public speaking, cultural consultancy, voiceover for organizations, and event facilitation. She is also the author of several motivational books and digital content focused on resilience, African women empowerment, and peaceful coexistence.
